I wish I could but I’ve paid too much for upcoming engagements to not eat the food prior to sundown, LOL…
But the liquid diet works- the problem is working in an office where it’s mad quiet and a lot of things are taken away. Sometimes you feel like you need to eat. I was cool until the end of the day…then I just NEEDED some fried wings and fried rice to keep my sanity.
My co-worker has been on it for two weeks, and while she would like to eat her arm right now, she’s not hungry, per se. She even said she’s more alert since she isn’t stuffing her face.
