And the crazy part is that Obama’s “black fathers comment” was not as widely publicized as some of the other things that have come out of his mouth. The media as a whole may think that what he’s saying is deep down inside true and well, have bigger fish to fry in this election to report on.

I was hovering around 200lbs prolly when i saw you . I got deceptive weight. I am around 185 now. Most of my weight was below the waist…no pun… honestly…lol….. i got running back thighs and legs.Went from 38w and 40w’s to 36w’s easily.
People thought I was 185lbs when I was 200lbs…lol. Thats why I made sure I lifted weights so people wouldn’t think I was sick or something.
I did try that “lemonade diet” for about 4 days and that helped. I got scared though because I lost too much weight too fast so I stopped. It was supposed to be for 10 days. I would looked like Amy Winehouse after 10days of that shit. but 4 days is about all I needed.

Wifey went on Weight Watchers this winter…lost 48 pounds as of now…
I couldn’t do it with her becasue I don’t have the patience to count…a sandwich with cheese is 8 points ha ha ha…
But it became embarrassing though because she was making me look like Peter Griffin and shit, eating all her left over food.
I started being more mindful of what I ate and lost 2 pant sizes even though my weight didn’t drop much (about 10 lbs)…but now I just wanna be in the honeymoon pics on the beach and not have to photoshop all my shit…

Oh ok see the only prob i have with one of those diets is, once uve lost the weight, if u dont change ur eating habits, u gon gain all that weight back. U know what i mean?

Losing weight is easy… you gotta change your lifestyle to keep it off though. It might cost more money to eat healthier but its worth it for me. I feel the difference in how I feel…. and she’ll feel the difference too…lol.

To Wifey’s credit, she’s a different eater. We used to order that Gotta Have It Size brownie sundae from Coldstone Creamery (CRAAAAAAACK!)…now we will split a smaller size and be okay…that definitely had an influence on me

and yea ive done weight watchers and lost 20bs but i just retried it and aint lost shit. I think i dont have the patience to count EVERYTHING i eat. But if u dedicate urself u can do it. Congrats to her

and can i just add that im addicted to that place. Had some ice cream in vegas and damn near crawled into the ice cream refrigerator and just stayed there making the cookie monster noises LMAO

Thats a fact of life though. Its crazy how a motherfucker will worry more about puttin 93 in his tank because his car won’t drive the same on 87… but he’ll kill a whole pizza pie and not even give thought to what that does to his “gas tank”. Its funny but true. The more that I started paying attention to the ingredients of certain foods and what they do to you, its an instant turn off. I still eat ribs and pizza and all that shit but moderately. I carved out my own diet and workout plan according to the time that I have to give. That why some diet plans are so hard because they are not tailor made to your needs/schedule.

I used to buy canned foods but I buy them frozen now because of preservatives. I don’t have to give up anything really as long as I exercize and don’t overdo it. I used to eat a fucking hero sandwich everyday for lunch…. every fucking day….
I might have had 6 slices of bread in the past month…lol. Bread and pasta will do you something dirty. Niggas say I eat like a whiteboy now and I told them that I am trying live just as long as them crackers too. And I refuse to be 30 and over the hill…. franks on the back of my neck…. belly hanging over my belt….. sweating after walking a flight of steps… man boobs….. nah….not the fucking kid….lol.
