I hate seeing the stars of yesterday look like the trash of today. If celebrities with fame and money can fall off, so can you. That being said, lets try to eat right people. Lets exercise and stay healthy. I try put my homies on but you know niggas… they claim they get pussy regardless but oh well. When you bring it up to a broad, she’s like “my man loves my curves”. But what about the health aspect ? You know… the HBP… the Diabetes that runs in your family….. the Heart disease…. the threat of cancer….. I guess none of that will matter until you have no choice to make it matter. Since the new year, I’ve been on a mission to eat right and exercise and I must say I feel the difference.Not Of course our schedules dont allow us all that time to exercise but there is no excuse for not having a healthy diet and there are so many little things you can do to make up for that lack of time. Park your car a block away and walk to work or take the steps up a couple of flights instead of the elevator. Do 10 0r 20 pushups everytime you have to go to the bathroom throughout the day. Wear ankle weights….
And you will feel better when you look in the mirror too which will keep you far and away from shrinks and mental hospitals. I swear I didn’t feel this good on a daily basis 3 or 4 months ago. I seen some of my older friends fall off the map as they got married or had children or just got plain old and I refuse to be 30 and washed up. Some women think they have a man and/or children and don’t want to bother with it… so be it…. you just gonna give a nigga like me ammo. Why not both of you try to lose the weight or get in shape ? I’m loading up on these Larry Holmes niggas looking flabby and sick in them tight ass jeans and shirts also…lol. A big part of me losing some weight and trying to “Tyreserize” my body had a lot to do with vanity at first but I could never have predicted the mental and physical improvements also. Just be prepared to drop some guap because you ain’t fittin in to those old clothes anymore.
But regardless of the reasons why, its a good look all around anyway you slic it because nothing bad can come out of being helthy. If you have children its more of a reason to remain healthy. I have family members who have gone blind or had legs amputated, strokes and all types of illnesses do to their lifestyle and eating habits. So do you and your family a favor and skip the elevator from now on…..

I get caught out there too because I used to end up eating out alot because of time and that can be your downfall. But in my quest to save money and stop eating out so much, I realized it was healthier to cook also.Its so much easier to control that shit when you don’t have a menu in front of you so you can choose which way you want to die…lol. Its hard to keep away from the ribs and the cheese and the mayo and all that good shit and I still do eat it but not on an everyday basis like I used to. My body ain’t feel this good since I was like 22 or something. Even my hangover recovery time has shot up. I don’t even wanna talk about the bangout sessions…lol… gravedigger wakes up b4 I do…lol.
But you hear how your body starts to breakdown at 30 so this is the time to start getting some of it back…

An you’re right you can control anything that goes in your food from salt to grease an thats always a plus. I might cook 2 or 3 times a week and I make enough to last me a couple of days. It really is a lifestyle change though. You have to get into a routine of doing things. It was hard for me at first but after a couple of weeks, you get used to it. Especially when you see and feel the result. Its all about will power. You think it was easy for my haitian ass to slow down on the rice and beans ( but I stay all day on that LEGUME)…lol.
My body has gotten so used to it that I can’t even eat meat 2 days in a row.
