Good morning Folks
I really dont have anything to say today. I just want to let everyone know, that when you take vitamins, u really should eat before you take them because you will feel like killing yourself if you dont. LOL
I took a One a day pill yesterday in my quest to stay healthy and feed my body the nutrients i may not be getting enough on a regular basis. Lets just say while in church, im sweating holy water , im nauseous and im looking over at the woman sitting next to me as if to say Bitch can u move your seat so i can take my sweater off and lay down in this pew, im dying here. And all of this is over me not taking the pill AFTER i ate breakfast.
So long story short, im fine now but dont mess up like i did. Take the pills BEFORE you eat please. LOL

my little spot of happiness for the day:
my old tamil guy is back in the work cafeteria!!!!
His food is sooooooooo much better than the young Filipino dude- he’ll do some extra shit, like make marinara sauce with cinnamon and hot pepper and all sort of yummy combos.

naw, we definitely love the old guy- when folks saw him this morning, the emails spread like wildfire lol- “He’s back!”
normally, everybody kinda tries to get out for lunch- I went down @ 12:30- all the vegetarian food was GONE and half of the other 2 entrees were gone too.
