The whole playoffs was boring to me this year. The ONLY parts interesting to me were the Golden State/Dallas and San Antonio/Phoenix matchups. Everything else was gay.

WOW !!!
I heard about this last night. KG is my favorite player next to JKidd so I am happy he got outta that hell hole called Minnesota. But Allen,Paul and Garnett makes them the best 3 in the league. They still got Gomes and Big Baby was killing summer league. Rondo is good and will get better but they need to go after a veteran and let Rondo back up.This at least makes the east a lil more competitive.
Who in the east is gonna deal with KG ????

Gerald Green is good but none of those players were gonna help Boston get to the promised land with Ray and Paul at their prime NOW. Garnett gets them there. I think Rondo is a starter but getting a guy like Knight would give them a good 1-2 at the point.They also have to get some bench players sionce they have traded about 6 or 7 players and gotten only 2 back. But this is the best team that they’ve had since Reggie Lewis died and Mchale and Birds bodies were creaking.
Minny played themselves thoguh. They could have gotten a lot more for KG if the had traded him on draft day.
But this spells trouble for my Nets …

Yeah… I think he will be good in a couple of years but KG Pierce and Ray are 3 hall of famers in their PRIME and they will play off each other very well since Garnett is not a ball hog. Garnett also changes their whole scheme defensively. Yall got a lot to be happy about in Bean town. First Randy Moss , now Garnett ???
At least I can watch Boston now. I haven’t been able to watch that team since Antoine left the first time.

For their sakes I hope they make the playoffs…cuz there won’t be any room for excuses at this point.

Ray Allen missed a few games last year and still had a career high in points… the year before that, he broke the record for most 3’s in a season. I can only hope that I fall off like that when i am 32.
Besides that, Allen doesn’t have to do as much as he did in his previous years because he has help. Pierce also missed alot of games last year but injuries are part of the game. Not too many guys do 10 years in the league without missing some time.
I think this makes them a top 5 team in the league.

27… had surgery on both ankles in April.
MAJOR question mark as to how effective he can be. Especially early in the season.
