		<description>The argument is about race, but it's really related to money. The problem isn't really &#34;racial diversity&#34;, it's about where the money goes...and it doesn't go to predominantly black and hispanic neighborhoods. There is a difference in the opportunities presented to students, which is the problem...I don't think anybody would really have a problem going to the school where they live if it were a quality education.</description>
