Jury says death for cops' killer

He's first person condemned by
the feds in New York in 50 years

Mary Jane Nemorin and widows Rose Nemorin and Maryann Andrews after Ronell Wilson was sentenced for killing James Nemorin and Rodney Andrews.

I don’t buy the death penalty. I think anyone can be rehabilitated. A man/woman should have a chance at penance for their past crimes as far as I’m concerned. Sure, you keep them locked up because they deserve no freedom, but the death penalty gives them an out. They should live the rest of their lives with the memory of taking another man’s life.

Eye for an eye tooth for a tooth.
If somebody did my family like that, I’d want him to hang at the public square.
But I feel your perspective on it. 2 wrongs don’t make a right and now its his family that grieves in addition tot the families of those officers. But no remorse should get anyone hung. He stuck his toungue out at the family after the verdict !!!
This nigga don’t even deserve a cell. Give his cell to someone who deserves it. If they start hanging some more of these motherfuckers then we can stop building jails and the tax money that goes to keeping these scumbags alive in prison can be spent on building schools instead. Farfetched, i know, but its the basic priciple of it all.

He doesn’t have remorse now but he will at some point in the future. He deserves to go the max security jail where the most violent cats are. He’ll be someone’s bitch there and them co’s will fuck him up on the regular because he killed one of theirs.

    Death Penalty = BAD

especially when the rates of wrongful convictions are so high.

But why do hardworking taxpayers have to pay just to have him rammed in the ass for the rest of his life ? He didn’t think about the victims futures so why should anybody give a fuck about his ? I save my compassion for those that deserve compassion. Pieces of shit like this don’t deserve my compassion. This happended almost 4 years ago and he still doesn’t have remorse ?
There are a lot of people on Death Row that prolly don’t deserve it but sentencing someone to death in a state that hasn’t done it in over 50 years says a lot about this case.

I do believe that too may people are on Death Row. I don’t support the way they do shit down in states like Texas and Florida but there are instances that it should be carried out. As far as wrongful convictions…. I don’t think anybody can pull up an occurance where the death penalty was carried out and the convicted was found not to be guilty post mortem. Until that happens… rack em up and knock em down. I personally think they should bring back the guillotine and broadcast that shit on pay per view and the proceeds should go to the victims families. Sick way of thinking, i know, but I view vicious murders like this as off the charts.

‘I don’t think anybody can pull up an occurance where the death penalty was carried out and the convicted was found not to be guilty post mortem.’

Adams, James (black). 1974. Florida. Adams was convicted
of first-degree murder, sentenced to death, and executed in 1984.
Witnesses located Adams’ car at the time of the crime at the home
of the victim, a white rancher. Some of the victim’s jewelry was
found in the car trunk. Adams maintained his innocence, claiming
that he had loaned the car to his girlfriend. A witness
identified Adams as driving the car away from the victim’s home
shortly after the crime. This witness, however, was driving a
large truck in the direction opposite to that of Adams’ car, and
probably could not have had a good look at the driver. It was
later discovered that this witness was angry with Adams for
allegedly dating his wife. A second witness heard a voice inside
the victim’s home at the time of the crime and saw someone
fleeing. He stated this voice was a woman’s; the day after the
crime he stated that the fleeing person was positively not Adams.
More importantly, a hair sample found clutched in the victim’s
hand, which in all likelihood had come from the assailant, did
not mach Adams’ hair. Much of this exculpatory information was
not discovered until the case was examined by a skilled
investigator a month before Adams’ execution. Governor Graham,
however, refused to grant even a short stay so that these
    questions could be resolved.

Yeah but this is 2007 !!!! We have DNA technology etc…
This sounds like a "Mumia" type situation where there is no hard evidence either way. Its not been documeted and the ruling has never been overturned. This is speculation.

Well, there isn’t DNA to be had in all criminal cases.

In this case they found a hair sample that didn’t match dudes.

There are more cases that just this one…

    just sayin.
